The noun and the verb are linked up by na/-ng.
May babaeng dumating. Merong babaeng dumating. May dumating na babae. Merong dumating na babae. |
A woman came. Lit. There’s a woman who came. / There’s someone who came who’s a woman. |
Maraming babaeng dumating. Maraming dumating na babae. |
Many women came. |
Walang babaeng dumating. Walang dumating na babae. |
No women came. |
May project na gagawin si Fred. May gagawing project si Fred.

Fred is going to do a project. Also: Fred has a project to do. Lit. Fred has a project that will be done. / Fred has something that will be done that is a project. |
