Kahit (na) / maski (na) + question word” is understood as follows:

kahit (na) ano

anything, whatever, no matter what

kahit (na) alin

any, whichever, no matter which

kahit (na) kailan

anytime, whenever, no matter when

kahit (na) sino

anybody, whoever, no matter who

any (person), whichever (person), no matter which (person)

kahit (na) kanino

anybody, whoever, no matter who

kahit (na) na kanino

with whomever, no matter with whom

kahit (na) saan

anywhere, wherever, no matter where

any (place), whichever (place), no matter which (place)

kahit (na) nasaan

anywhere, wherever, no matter where

any (place), whichever (place), no matter which (place) (is/are/was/were)

kahit (na) paano

however (in whatever way), no matter how (something happens etc.)

kahit (na) gaano

however (much/good/big/etc.), no matter how (much/good/big/etc.)

kahit (na) ilan

however many, no matter how many

kahit (na) magkano

however much (something costs), no matter how much (something costs)

Sentences:

Kahit ano, gagawin ko.

Whatever it is, I’ll do it. /

I’ll do anything.

Kahit na ano ang gusto mo, ibibigay ko.

Whatever you want, I’ll give it to you.

Kahit na ano ang mangyari, hindi’ kita iiwan.

Whatever happens, I won’t leave you.

Kahit magkano, bibilhin ko.

No matter how much it costs, I’ll buy it.

Huwag kang pupunta kahit saan.

Don’t go anywhere.

Note:

kahit (na) paano

however (in whatever way), no matter how

kahit (na) papaano

somehow, one way or another

An alternative, more formal way of saying kahit (na) ano/alin/etc. is anuman, alinman, kailanman, sinuman, kaninuman, saanman, ilanman. However, they are not always interchangeable.
